If you are experiencing an error when flashing MPM firmware with your T8 Pro or TX12 the radio you have may have a C8 MCU in the RF component of the radio.
later models of TX12 and T8 Pro are shipped with a C8 MCU rather than a CB MCU due to the MCU shortage of 2021. These chips are the 64k type.
Please follow this link and update your T8 Pro or TX12 to 1.3.3.0 or later.
